MODEL OF SOCIAL ADAPTABILITY FORMATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN EDUCATION PROCESS IN A UNIVERSITY

The article discloses the essence of the key notion – «social adaptivity of future teachers ». In order to reveal the main ways of organization and implementation of purposeful pedagogical activity for its formation the author singles out structural components of social adaptivity of future teachers. Special attention is paid to the content characteristics of the developed model of social adaptivity of future teachers in the university educational process. In accordance with pedagogical process integrity theory theses this model includes target (aim, tasks, main principles), substantial (main ways and content of activity of educational process subjects), operational and active (forms, methods, devices and means) and value effective (criterions, indices, levels and the result) blocks. Special place is taken by characteristics, singled out on the basis of system, personal activity, competent, gender approaches of the principles of future teachers’ social adaptivity formation, as well as pedagogical conditions of effective realization of the developed model. The proposed model of future teachers’ social adaptivity formation in the university educational process can become the base for practical solution to the social – pedagogical problem of pedagogical specialists’ adaptation abilities development.
